When you place an order with us, you can usually expect it within 5 to 7 business days. Large orders are delivered by our regular supplier on pallets, so you are assured of a safe and reliable delivery. Payment is easy and secure via iDEAL.

For shipping we charge €75 within the Netherlands and €50 for deliveries in Belgium. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery time. Of course you can always contact us for up-to-date information.
Products can be returned within a return period of 14 days, provided they meet our return conditions. If a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can quickly provide an appropriate solution.
Do you have deposit products such as empty cans or pallets that you wish to return? Then simply report this via the contact form and clearly indicate which products it concerns. We will then inform you about the further processing.
